RETURNS

The item doesn't suit you and you want a refund?

You have a maximum period of 14 days after receiving your order to return it to us. (Take into account the date once the package has been delivered to the relay point and not the date once you have collected the package).

Once this deadline has passed, we will not be able to process the return of the item, and no refund will be issued.

Terms :

The item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with the original label unremoved (no traces of makeup, stains, perfume, odors, etc.).

Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be refunded, and if you wish to return your items, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Return procedure :

All returns must be made by post to the address below, not to a collection point, accompanied by the return slip. Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

1) Download the RETURN FORM

2) Carefully package your items to be returned, attaching the completed return form.

3) Send your package to the following address:

Items on sale or subject to clearance cannot be returned.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and your request is approved, your request will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refund (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again to make sure no refund has been issued.

Afterwards, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your bank account.
